Citizenry who illicitly download films and euphony in Britain will be cut off from the Internet under new legislative proposals to be unveiled next hebdomad.
Internet service suppliers (ISPs) will be lawfully required to occupy action against exploiters who access hijacked material, The Times has acquired.
