EU Court: Downloaders’ Identities Protected by Law

But European Union countries could - if they want - present rules to obligate companies to pass on over personal information in polite cases, the European Court of Justice told.
They could draft national rules to modify this, but they will then have to equilibrate the right to privateness against belongings rights, a judicature statement articulated.
